I have always wanted to win an Academy Award for something. At the tender age of eight, I practiced my award speech standing on the edge of a bathtub so I could see myself in the mirror holding a hairbrush. Now, I am 55 and have been writing journalism for 25 years. Last year, I quit my newspaper job and started writing screenplays full time. I want to be a great American Writer, like Ernest Hemingway. I want to write great works of literature and film that will last thousands of years and I want to have a "positive" impact on others so that they too may actualize their dreams. Huna is helping me do that.

Aloha, and thank you for the generous sharing of MFL's words and works.

I'm very new to Huna and would like to know if there are specific prayers in Huna? Or, when the word prayer is used, any kind that works for us will suffice?

Lastly, if one desires to further his/her studies in Huna, how does one proceed? Is there a school (online course) for Huna?

Thank you.

It works the way M.F.L. has written. Many times in my life, the flow has been full and heavenly. I feel blessed to know the huna way and I continue to move in the huna lifestyle.

Aloha, I am a huna kane practioner in Canada and have treasured the moments of learning with my kuma. Now, after travelling for the first time to Maui and experiencing the mana and some very special experiences, I feel as though I am moving with the flow. Reading M.F.L. enlightening bulletins and concise descriptions of insights into the huna way, has confirmed things for me in a huge way. I am anxious to study the M.F.L. materials. I would appreciate knowing how to find hard cover or pocket size copies? Mahalo for the wonderful people that have continued on in Max's name. Bless you all!

I am beginning my work here praying for my middle daughter, Lucy. I see her as calm, happy, curious, fearless, forthcoming, full of good wishes for herself and others; in other words, filled with grace.
